Paul Horvath, Principal

Paul has practised almost exclusively in the area of litigation over the past nineteen years, including Sports Law, Criminal defence Law and Employment Law.

He has appeared extensively in a range of courts including the Magistrates, County and Federal Courts, and has instructed in cases in other jurisdictions such as the Supreme Court. He has acted for Plaintiffs in Civil Litigation in a range of courts and has represented persons charged with criminal offences in all jurisdictions in Victoria.

Paul Horvath graduated from Monash University Melbourne in 1990 with Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees, and in 2008 with a Master of Laws degree from the University of Melbourne.

Chris Rogers

Chris Rogers has extensive experience in Business Management and fulfils the role of Business Advisor to the practice. Chris’s involvement is principally in the areas of General Practice Management, Marketing and Planning.
