Profile - Paul Horvath, Principal

Paul has practised almost exclusively in the area of litigation over the past fifteen years, including Sports Law, Criminal defence Law (Paul is an Accredited criminal law specialist), Entertainment and Employment Law. 

He has appeared extensively in a range of courts including the Magistrates, County and Federal Courts, and has instructed in cases in other jurisdictions such as the Supreme Court.  He has acted for Plaintiffs in Civil Litigation in a range of courts and has represented persons charged with criminal offences in all jurisdictions in Victoria.    

Paul Horvath graduated from Monash University Melbourne in 1990 with Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees. Paul is currently studying  his master of laws degree at the University of Melbourne, specialising in Sports Law.
