The seminars have been specifically designed to assist businesses to gain an understanding of the relevant workplace laws, and of how to successfully implement best practice initiatives. Our Employment Law Seminar participants will also receive a free copy of our Employment Law Handbook: A Basic Guide for Businesses (usually $20.00).

Fair Work Act 2009

The Fair Work Act 2009 (the ‘Act’) governs the employer / employee relationship in Victoria. In recent times there have been significant changes to the Act. These changes include the implementation of workplace anti-bullying laws on 1 January 2014.

Our seminars have been specifically designed to assist businesses to gain an understanding of the relevant workplace laws, and of how to successfully implement best practice initiatives.

We run seminars in house, providing an overview of the fundamental employment law matters that all managers should be aware of, as well as how best practice strategies can be implemented in business.

Seminar participants will be provided with a free copy of our Employment Law Handbook: A Basic Guide for Businesses (usually $20.00).

Working at best practice helps employers and employees achieve happier, fairer and more productive workplaces, and helps you minimise the chances of ending up in court.
